Meet Roaming Fitness
G'day, I'm Nick — founder of Roaming Fitness. I started this business because I kept meeting people who wanted to get fit but hated everything about gyms: the commute, the crowds, the contracts, the feeling of being watched.
So I flipped it. I bring the gym to you — your driveway, your garage, your local park — and build every session around your goals, your schedule and your starting point. No judgement, no lock-ins, just consistent coaching and real results.

FAQs
Good questions, straight answers
Do I need any equipment or space?
No. We bring weights, bands, mats and pads to every session, and we can design great workouts for a small living room, a garage or a backyard. If you have equipment, we'll happily use it.
I've never trained before. Is this for me?
Especially for you. Most of our clients started as complete beginners. Sessions are private, judgement-free and paced to your current fitness — not anyone else's.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions run 60 minutes, including a proper warm-up and cool-down. Shorter 45-minute sessions are available if that fits your schedule better.
Which areas do you travel to?
Mount Barker and the surrounding hills, plus southern suburbs around O'Halloran Hill, at no extra cost within our core zones. Slightly further afield can usually be arranged for a small travel fee.
Can training be customised for injuries or conditions?
Yes. Every program starts with a movement and health screen, and we adapt exercises around injuries, joint issues and medical guidance from your GP or physio.
What if the weather is bad?
We move indoors — garage, carport or living room — or reschedule at no charge. Bad weather never gets to cancel your progress.
